**We are seeking a Community Partnership Executive / Senior Executive to manage and expand volunteer initiatives.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Actively engage stakeholders and the community for the recruitment, selection and deployment of volunteers**:

- **Involve in recruiting and screening of suitable volunteers to match their interest and strengths to the relevant service area**:

- **Organise on-boarding and training sessions for volunteers**:

- **Develop a comprehensive volunteer retention programme**:

- **Develop, implement, and review the training, development, and engagement plans for volunteers**:

- **Develop and implement plans to foster a volunteer friendly culture and volunteer appreciation within Lakeside**:

- **Maintain records of volunteers’ data, training and volunteering log**:

- **Assist with department’s events / projects**

- **A recognized Diploma with related discipline, preferably Business, Human Resources, Hospitality or Event Management**:

- **Related experience in volunteer-related work an added advantage**:

- **Strong interest in community work, with a customer service orientation and good stakeholder awareness**:

- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills**:

- **Possess an enthusiastic personality**:

- **A collaborative team player, and requires minimum supervision**:

- **People-oriented and willing to work the ground**:

- **Organised and meticulous**:

- **Comfortable working with colleagues, partners and volunteers from diverse backgrounds**:

- **Resourceful and innovative**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)**:

- **Comfortable using volunteer management system to manage volunteers’ information**:

- **May require to work on occasional weekdays evening and Saturdays due to events / schedule of volunteers
