We are looking for a Digital Content Creator to produce various pieces for our company’s branding through social platforms like Instagram, IGTV, TikTok, Facebook etc.

Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing content about our company and products.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Co-produce branding/marketing/communications collaterals and content for a variety of purposes campaign-specific or otherwise (e.g: Website articles and social media content)
- To create content on various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram etc
- Perform administrative/logístical duties vital to the success of your work (e.g preparing influencer marketing materials)
- Liaising across departments and third party logistics (e.g: fulfillment team, influencers, vendors)
- Prepare & create well-structured social media contents in order to drive brand awareness and attract new audience in a fun and interactive manner
- Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies
- Conducting research industry-related topics (Conducted market research and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics)
- Educating audiences about our products and build rapport with audiences
- Track audience preference and generate short video contents/recommend new topics to get a hold of their attention
- Brainstorming ideas and materialize them
- Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Working knowledge of social media platforms
- Natural charisma
- Friendly, approachable, outgoing & fun personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent copywriting skills or design skills
- Eye for design, typography and photography
- Strong attention to detail
- Social Media Marketing
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking audience about our product)
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
