**Join Our Team at Delcie's Desserts and Cakes
Are you passionate about the culinary world and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment? Delcie's Desserts and Cakes, a pioneer in healthy and allergen-aware baking for the last 16 years, is looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team as a General Manager (Business Management).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operations Management**:Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and retail outlets.
Ensure smooth and efficient workflows in our existing operations.
- **Business Development**:Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
Handle follow-ups and administrative tasks related to business development.
- **Curriculum Training Development**:Develop and manage training programs for both children and adults under the Delcie's brand. Create and manage training content for social media platforms.
Manage the student community and oversee the operations of the training programs.

**Requirements**:
- A strong commitment to learning and dedication to the role is essential.

- Preferred with pastry and/or commercial kitchen experience.
- Ability to use digital apps and editing tools.
