**Job Overview**:
Pulse Nova is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Intern to support our content strategy and execution for the Singaporean market, with exposure to the rest of Southeast Asia. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team in the fast-paced world of gaming and esports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the content team, including graphic designers, videographers, and video editors, in creating engaging static and video content aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure sponsor and partner content requirements are met and delivered on time.
- Contribute to content development, including writing captions, brainstorming ideas, and supporting scripting, editing, and proofreading.
- Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, publishing content, and engaging with followers to build a strong online community.
- Monitor social media trends and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Support the tracking of performance, data analysis, and preparation of regular reports.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Be a Gaming Fan
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
- A keen interest in social media management, content creation, gaming, and esports.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and an ability to think strategically.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to $800.00 per month
