- Specially Expeerinced in Indian, Bangladesh and Sri Lankan Food
- Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
- Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Approving work hours.
- Ensure great customer service at all levels.
- Helping the team understand performance targets and goals
- Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles
- Scheduling work hours and shifts
- Coordinating job rotation and cross-training
- Sharing company updates, financial results, and new objectives with team members
- Assisting in resolving emergencies, such as a quality or customer problem that might be escalated to the team supervisor for handling
- Creating new food menus for all 3 countries.Creating costing for food menus.
**Chief Cook / Cook Supervisor Requirements**:
Previous leadership experience.
- 10 -15 years experience in a similar Supervisor role.
- Excellent communication skills (Tamil, English, Hindi)
- Eye for detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
- Minumum a Degree
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Computer literacy.
- Proactive organizational skills.
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
