DESIGNATION : Meet Isaac - Marketing Operations Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage multi-channel and multi-market marketing campaign communications for our clients.
- Ensure deliverables for each project are timely and of exceptional quality
- Synergise with internal team members and clients to drive lead acquisition (membership and retention)
- Design and implement specific marketing program workflows, including managing content, data segmentation, budget and KPIs relating to optimising the sales funnel
- Develop and implement best practices for our clients. This includes CRM-related best practices and marketing automation program optimisation.
- Monitor data insights to drive actionable recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS
- A diploma or degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and interpret data sets from various tools, including Google, Adobe Analytics and Advanced Excel.
- Meticulous with keen attention to detail, self-motivated, good team player and able to multi-task and manage marketing projects end-to-end
- Good understanding of consumer behaviour in the F & B and retail industries.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as MailChimp, Emarsys, and Braze is a plus.
