**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customers’ needs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve our patient’s enquiries and/or feedback in a professional and tactful manner, including answering of phone calls.
- Main tasks include receiving patients at Reception counter/lounge, assist with Patient Registration, Billing/Payment and other administrative front-desk tasks.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or similar capacity.
- Possess strong communication skills, patient and genuinely excited to help customers.
- Able to multi-task, problem-solve and manage time efficiently.

**JOB DETAILS**:

- 5 working days with 2 off days
- 40 working hours per week.
