**Reliability Technician 2 (Operations)**

**THE ROLE**:
Quality & Reliability team drives quality rigor across all phases of microprocessors manufacturing to meet or exceed customer expectations. To achieve this, we need to establish industry-leading equipment, reliability engineering with foundry technology expertise & reliability modeling for innovative AMD products that use advanced 5-7nm and multi-chip/ 2.5D/ 3D/ wafer-level fanout package constructions.

Singapore team comprises of dedicated & experienced PMETs with experience in semiconductor Fab, Test, Assembly, Packaging and Reliability. The primary activity of the Singapore Reliability Lab is the reliability stress testing of the silicon and package where the execution of reliability qualifications is carried out. Development activities such as reliability margin assessments above POR stress conditions to identify fab technology marginalities, test program development & debug and test board design and validation are also an integral part of the work done in Singapore. The Global AMD Ongoing Reliability Monitoring program is also managed by the Singapore Lab.

**THE PERSON**:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Reliability Technician with strong communication skills & a team player mindset.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Execute Product/Package qualification & Ongoing reliability monitoring tests
- Coordinate debug and failure analysis of inhouse reliability failures
- Prepare, review & revise specifications in line with ISO & automotive requirements
- Perform continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency & quality and reduce Cost
- Perform data entry
- Ensure compliance to ESD, Quality, EHS and SOX requirements

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Working experience in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing industry
- Hands on working experience to execute reliability stress tests on High Temp Operating Life, HAST, Reflow, Bake, Temp cycling, moisture soak, Vibration, Mechanical shock and ESD will be preferred.
- Working experience of using MS office tools for daily work
- Excel, Power point, Word desired
- Familiarity with JEDEC Reliability test methods & ISO 9001 fundamentals will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in 12hrs shift working pattern during day time
- Ability to speak and understand English.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- NTC/ITC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with relevant experience

OR
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / related science field with relevant experience
