- Work closely with Operations for timely and accurate billing of invoices to client.
- Perform administrative/billing duties
- To maintain proper Data Entry & Filling system and ensuring that all transactions are entered correctly and accurately.
- Prepare quotation for new clients
- Coordinate with operation department.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS office
- Detail
- oriented, positive attitude and willing to learn
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work in 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday after probation)
- Entry levels are welcome to apply
- Ability to start work within short notice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per month
