Options Pilates Studio is an international group of Pilates studios in Singapore and HK with plans to establish our presence in Malaysia and Dubai. We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic fitness professionals.

We are growing our team in Singapore and looking for an experienced Senior Pilates Instructor to join our team.

**Qualifications:
You must have at least 10 years of teaching experience with internationally recognized modern Pilates method, Pilates Academy International is preferred. Must be fully certified with all repertoire as well as have experience working with special populations, pre/post-natal and rehab Pilates.

Possess strong communication skills, particularly soft skills - being able to demonstrate sensitivity and empathy as required is an important part of being a Senior Pilates instructor.

Must be a passionate and energetic instructor with a genuine desire to help others improve their health and well-being. Wiliness to do ‘whatever it takes’ to exceed the client’s expectations.

Degree of any field are welcome to apply.

**Responsibilities:
Introducing interested clients to Pilates and promoting the services of the facility at which you are working.

Motivate clients to get results through individualized goal setting, frequent follow-up, and reassessments to show progress.

Reviewing the physical ability of Clients to determine which classes are suitable.

Conducting Pilates classes for Clients both Private and Group setting.

Ensuring proper attendance records of all Clients who attend classes that you teach are kept.

Ensure the Directors or management are made aware of any problems or difficulties that you encounter in any aspect of the operations of the studios.

Ensure that you maintain your certification and meet the standards of instruction required at all facilities.

Ensuring the Pilates machines and props are working properly.

Provide professional guidance to apprentices and new instructors onboard.

Act as a mentor and constantly advise more effective ways to deliver classes and how to establish conducive lesson environments.

**Salary**:
$8000-9000
