**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Start Date**: March 2025

**Monthly Salary Range (SGD)**: 2500 - 2800

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and assist in the preparation of authentic Chinese cuisine dishes.
- Support the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Gain hands-on experience in kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen according to food safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
- Possess **WSQ** **Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate** or **Refresher Food Safety Course Certificate**.
- If you do not have this certification, we will sponsor you for the 1-day Food Safety Course upon passing the interview.
- No prior kitchen experience is required, but a positive attitude and enthusiasm are a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
