**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate crawler cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials as per site requirements for civil engineering projects.
- Perform pre-operation checks, inspections, and routine maintenance of crane equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Interpret load charts, job orders, and lifting plans accurately.
- Work closely with riggers, signalmen, and lifting supervisors to ensure safe lifting operations.
- Comply with all MOM's regulations and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate logs of operations, maintenance, and inspections.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the site supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to project schedules and collaborate with site teams to meet operational deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Crawler Crane Operator Licence issued by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- WSQ / BCA-approved training certification in crane operation.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience operating crawler cranes on construction, marine, or oil & gas projects.
- Strong understanding of load charts, lifting techniques, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varying site conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and alert, with strong attention to detail.
