**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the ANZ and East & Southeast Asia team, adding value by contributing towards marketing strategies and building up relationships with our partners and customers.

The aim of this role is to acquire high quality submissions to our portfolio of journals and books by contributing to the achievement of marketing objectives and targets by providing support to the team. You will understand the motivations and desires of researchers and use these insights to craft attractive messages that explain the advantages of Taylor & Francis' publishing services. You will help develop the business and work in a multifaceted team focused on delivering a superior author experience and on growing revenues. You will develop and share in-depth knowledge of author needs and motivations towards publishing, and will work closely with colleagues in sales, editorial, and production to develop author-centred academic publishing services.

**What you will be doing**:

- Plan, execute, adapt, and report on marketing activities to enhance author and researcher engagement
- Deal effectively with internal and external queries and other customer communications to ensure stakeholder needs are met
- Create and update marketing materials and website content as required, under direction of line managers
- Maintain reports, budgets, and trackers as required, analyzing performance of products, services, and activities carried out to ensure KPIs are met across multiple benchmarks
- Develop an awareness of open access market developments, including competitor activities, needs of customers and professional and academic trends
- Build effective long-term, strategic relationships both internal (editorial, sales, development, other departments) and external (e.g. authors, researchers, third party services)
- Be responsible for conference and events liaising coordination, with periodic travel to conferences and exhibitions and/or carry out other customer-facing activities, reporting back as required
- Contribute to discussions with new ideas and actively look for ways to improve existing processes.
- Accountable for managing own learning, taking responsibility to identify and develop skills gaps

**Qualifications**:
**What are we looking for**:

- Experience in a marketing environment, understanding of the role of marketing, and proven track record of goal-achievement in evidence-based marketing campaigns
- Strong time management skills and record keeping experience and knowledge
- Have a proven ability to grow and nurture customer or partner relationships.
- Good knowledge and well-versed with IT systems including core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience with design and editing software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro) and understanding of marketing tools (such as Marketing Cloud) is ideal but not mandatory
- Work in collaboration with colleagues globally and have excellent communication skills.
- Have strong commercial acumen and an awareness of current marketing trends.
- Have a creative and inquisitive outlook.
