**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for providing, administering and maintaining effective security and other measures within the Hotel to ensure properties and interests of the Hotel's guests and employees are safeguarded against loss, damages or other untoward incidents.
- Review all security measures, procedures, equipment, methods and 'crime trends' from time to time for protective and preventive purposes as well as to maintain efficiency and tight security control.
- Advise Management on measures to be taken against frauds, cheating and delinquent cases.
- Investigate the report of any thefts and use sound judgement when dealing with these matters, seek the concurrence of the management if a police report is to be made.
- Maintain cooperation with the police and fire authorities and made responsible dealing with any inquiries from them regarding crimes, accidents, etc involving the Hotel.
- Train, instruct and guide all security staff regularly to carry out their duties efficiently at all times.
- Responsible for keeping good morale and enforcing staff discipline under supervision to preserve the integrity of the department.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the similar capacity
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Tactful and strong analytical skills
