**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site surveys to gather information for lifting operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site requirements
- Prepare and inspect lifting equipment for operational readiness
- Organise, coordinate, and lead day-to-day site supervision to ensure all lifting activities are executed safely, meet quality standards, and follow the project schedule
- Liaise with contractors and site personnel to prepare lifting permits and related documentation
- Ensure all lifting equipment is correctly positioned and certified for use
- Brief all lifting team members on the lifting plan, risk control measures, and safe lifting procedures before operations commence
- Ensure only registered crane operators, appointed riggers, and signalmen are deployed for lifting operations involving mobile or lorry cranes

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Possess a valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate issued by a recognised Singapore authority
- Able to read and interpret general lifting plans
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
