The Emergency Response (ER) team takes on a two-pronged approach to ensure the platform is safe for consumption by not only reacting to emergent situations but also taking a proactive stance on investigation-related matters. The team acts as a vital bridge between teams, coordinating and managing unexpected risks and ensuring internal escalations are handled accordingly.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Leading, managing, recruiting & developing the local team, helping them to achieve their full potential and maintaining high standards & quality of work.
2. Responsible for leading the team to perform investigation and analysis to highlight risks in operation quality, policy, process and strategy and drive problem solving efforts.
3. Drive evaluation of team workflow and SOPs to ensure productivity, quality and efficiency goals can be met.
4. Initiatives to land new projects for the team and build sustainable and collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
5. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilizing clear goals and objective settings to help the team succeed in delivering both outputs and impact.
What should I bring with me?
1. Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of work experience, preferably in internet content safety and/or risk management, with 2+ years in business/people management.
2. Deep understanding of online safety, privacy, and compliance fields.
3. Ability to work effectively under high pressure and deadlines.
4. Possesses good interpersonal skills to engage with XFN teams, demonstrate good judgment and analytical thinking skills to make business decisions, training and coaching skills to drive team members to success.
5. Full proficiency level in English.
