**Temp Triage
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Triaging Pharmacy patients to identify the purpose of their visit in order to direct them to the correct queue.
- Educate patients on how to use the “Virtual Q” system, to get a queue number for patient registration and mediation ordering.
- Processing medication delivery orders - For patients who are eligible for medication delivery, this temp staff will help to book patients a medication delivery order (via online methods, and or physical form) and ask patients to go home. Patient will not have to wait at Pharmacy.
- During peak periods, this staff will do crowd management for patient safety to ensure entrances and exitsare not blocked, and queue lines are orderly.
- Other ad hoc duties asassigned by manager on duty.

**Working Hours**

42 hours per week

Monday - Friday

8.30am - 6.00pm

**Break Hours **1-hour unpaid break

**Working Days per Week **5 days per week

**Remuneration**:$10/hour
