**Responsibilities**:

- Research and develop DeFi quantitative arbitrage strategies, including cross-pool, cross-chain, funding rate, and interest rate arbitrage
- Build and maintain automated trading systems and bots, continuously optimizing execution efficiency and success rates
- Track and analyze on-chain data to uncover arbitrage or yield optimization opportunities in emerging protocols
- Conduct strategy backtesting, risk modeling, and performance evaluation to ensure safe and efficient capital deployment
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and risk management teams to enhance the stability and scalability of trading systems

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency quantitative trading
- Strong understanding of the DeFi ecosystem (AMMs, lending protocols, derivatives, stablecoin pools, PerpDex, etc.), with the ability to identify and leverage on-chain arbitrage opportunities
- Capable of independently developing and deploying on-chain trading bots to achieve automated strategy execution
- Proficient in Python / Rust / Solidity with solid skills in data modeling and backtesting
- Knowledge of smart contract security, on-chain risk management, and MEV attack mitigation
- Strong risk awareness and proven ability to maintain profitability in high-volatility environments
