At NoFrills Dental, our motto when it comes to serving our patients is pretty straightforward (It's in the name) - Providing consistently high-quality dental services at affordable prices for all patients, wherever we operate. **Job Highlights**: - Positive & nurturing work culture - Competitive remuneration package - Training & career development opportunities - Work-life balance **Job description**: - Responsible for the reception of all visitors, patients and callers to the clinic and to create a professional and welcoming image for the clinic - Perform the booking of appointments for patients - Upon completion of treatment, to discharge patients by dispensing medication, collection of accurate payments and scheduling for the next appointments. - Perform cashiering duties of Submission of CHAS, Medisave and other Insurance Claims to relevant channels. - To key in every treatment charges and sales of dental products in Plato system - Responsible for updating patient information and sending reminder for dental treatment - Prepare, manage and monitor cases being sent to and received from the lab(s) - To maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all times - Perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager **Requirements**: - Experience in Clinic Receptionist is a big plus but not mandatory. - Mature, positive attitude, team player & cheerful personality. - Excellent customer service handling skills and upbeat in answering telephone calls - Good communication skills both spoken and written - Good eye for details **Additional Information** - Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment - Observe good work ethic and display good moral standards - Adaptable and flexible with working arrangements - Team player - Able to work independently with minimum supervision - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Monitor and maintain inventory of instruments and dental material supplies - Applicants must be willing to work in Suntec City/Marina Square area - Relevant working experience in the dental industry is an added advantage Eg. Nitec or any equivalent. - Basic knowledge in using computers - **Only Singaporeans/Long-Term Visit Pass Holders need to apply** **Working Hours**: - 5.5 - 6 days a week - Retail Hours (10am - 7pm) **Attractive remuneration, yearly increments and benefits. Incentives and bonuses on good performance** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus
