We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Process Associate to join our dynamic team and lead process improvement initiatives.

As a Business Process Associate, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing effective business processes to drive operational efficiency, optimize costs, and enhance overall performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify areas for improvement, develop process enhancement strategies, and lead process improvement projects.

**NOTE**:
**1. **No of working days: 6 (Monday - Saturday)**

**2. **Annual no of days off: 8**

**3. **No of open Positions: 2-3**

**4. **Requirement: Immediate**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
Ø Conducting ongoing analysis and evaluation of business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management to identify areas for improvement.

Ø Working with the kitchen crew and restaurant staff to enhance productivity and improve efficiency.

Ø Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements, evaluate existing processes, and develop innovative solutions.

Ø Designing and implementing streamlined processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Ø Leading and facilitating cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and engagement.

Ø Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Ø Conducting regular audits and reviews to assess process compliance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Ø Providing guidance, training, and support to team members and stakeholders involved in process improvement initiatives.

Ø Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business process management, and recommending relevant improvements and advancements.

Ø Monitoring and reporting on the progress, impact, and benefits of process improvement projects to senior management.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Ø A master's degree in a business-related discipline from a reputed institute.

Ø 0-3 years of work experience in a relevant field, with exposure to process improvement initiatives. Fresh graduates with internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.

Ø Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple tasks and resources.

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Ø Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Ø Proficiency in data analysis and using relevant software tools for process mapping and visualization.
