Develop inspection & test plans as per project requirement.
- Develop project specific procedures such as correspondence transmittal, material submission, inspection request, etc.
- Test all items in inspection and test plan at work site or laboratory to verify conformation to the specified requirements.
- Monitoring of all Quality Control & Quality Assurance related activities of the project.
- Develop QAQC standard forms & templates to be utilized by the project.
- Liaise with external laboratory to carry out the testing of materials.
- Coordinate with Consultant and Client pertaining on all QA/QC related matters.
- Assist Manager in preparing handing over documents and handing over process.
- Ensure all site inspection records, QAQC documents and Testing records are up to date.
- Responsible for the compliance to safety and occupational health practices to be implemented at QAQC section.
- Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
- Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting.
- Assist in internal/external audit.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- A Degree / Diploma holder with minimum 5 years of experience in concrete technology, inspection, quality control and quality assurance procedures related to the production of high-quality pre-cast reinforced concrete products.
- Prior experience in working in construction site preferred, especially in Civil Projects.
- Familiar with local regulations pertaining to Builder’s licence, Work Head Registration or others related requirement.
