Architectural experience in order to construct realistic design in virtual world
- Ability to develop sketches and creative concepts, design research and presentations
- Proficient in 2D and 3D visualization software for environmental design, animation, and editing.
- Able to execute on-site measurement and survey for photogrammetry and 3D assets
- Project management, supervision, and coordinate between clients, suppliers, contractors, and in-house teams across departments
- Able to consult, advice, and provide support to tech teams on any art related issues.
- Create design guidelines, branding and deliverable packages based on the needs of each client
- Mentor junior members in creative concepts, immersive designs and 3D modeling
- Cycles rendering and Unreal Engine design experience are preferred

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Art, Animation, Architecture, Engineering or Interior Design
- 3+ years experience in art related fields
- Knowledgeable in UX/UI and web design, able to write and understand HTML/CSS/three.js/JavaScript and create fully integrated 3D web experience
- Produce traditional and digital artwork as required
