**Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and data-driven **Social Media Executive / Manager** to plan, execute, and manage our content across platforms like **Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, Tiktok.**You will play a key role in building trust with our audience, showcasing real stories, educating on insurance/financial literacy, and creating a strong brand community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Strategy & Planning**:
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- **Content Creation**:
Work with creative tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, InShot) to design posts, reels, carousels, and short videos —
- **Copywriting & Captioning**:
Craft engaging and educational captions that feel authentic,
- **Campaign Execution**:
Launch and track digital campaigns for recruitment, client lead generation, events, webinars, and partnerships.
- **Community Engagement**:
Actively respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build trust and connection.
- **Insights & Reporting**:
Monitor performance (reach, engagement, conversions), and recommend strategies to improve based on insights.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital communications (insurance/finance industry a plus)
- Deep understanding of algorithms and audiences
- Fluent in **English and Mandarin** (spoken and written)
- Experience using tools like **Canva**, **CapCut**, or other editing/design tools
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with attention to detail
- Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Bonus: Experience working with personal branding, especially background financial advisors

**To Apply**:
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
