The incumbent will report directly to the company's Managing Director and be incharge of all regional HR activities of the various offices.

**Key Responsiblities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including drafting of job description, offer letter, on-boarding & orientation, managing probation periods, off-boarding, exit interviews etc
- Recommend changes and improvements to policies & internal processes to support business growth
- Proactively advertise and budget for increase or changes to staffing
- Effectively discuss with relevant managers and recommend staff for promotions, job changes/ pay increases as seen relevant to market changes, job scope changes and business and role needs and budget
- Keep up-to-date with employment laws across all regional offices and ensure policies and practices are regularly updated as needed
- Effectivley manage OKR & Performance evaluation process & policies
- Manage staff training budget & schedule as required
- Coach department managers & top management on best practices

**Requirements**:

- Education: Degree in Management, Human Resources or similar field
- Minimum 5 years experience as a HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar
- Personal traits: Friendly, approachable, kind, firm, able to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
