We’re looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to:

- support our private bankers known as Client Advisors in our Greater China desk in Singapore to deliver exceptional client service and experience
- be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
- assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
- support with documentation for client meetings, investment proposals and the like
- collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management business division in Singapore. Our role is to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients in APAC.

**Your expertise**
- at least 5 or more years of assistant relationship manager experience preferably in a private bank or in a supporting role including in private banking operations
- university degree or institute of higher education, with valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 to be licensed for the role
- an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and Mandarin (which would be advantageous in serving our APAC clients)
- ability to work accurately and efficiently, excellent self-organization and communication skills
- a highly motivated team player who enjoys helping others and has a sense of teamwork
- highly adaptable, versatile and with agility mindset to adjust in constant changing environments
- are resilient and responsible, able to work and be focused under pressure
