1. Role Description:

Implement clear guidelines for evaluating returned clothing items and determining appropriate actions (resale, repairs, disposal).
Analyze return data to identify patterns and address underlying issues affecting return rates.
5. Provide ongoing training on industry best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies.
Foster cross-functional collaboration by organizing workshops with other departments like sales and warehouse.
Encourage team members to pursue relevant certifications to enhance their expertise.
