**Role and responsibilities**

Activities:

- Set up project management committee

Main deliverables:

- Project Execution plan (M&A, Business, IT)
- Identify risk & mitigation actions
- Necessary Execution deliverables identified by the provider
- Define the project plan, weekly follow up the project progress
- Track the ERP and business carve-out project execution
- Update weekly project monitoring kit
- Conduct project review meetings with the related stakeholder
- Organize training and user acceptance test
- Define and execute data migration strategy and plan
- Prepare documents and user manuals
- Provide needed technical support when needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 8-12+ years of experience, including at least 7 years’ experience in ERP
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP By Design and ACCPAC Sage technologies
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of design and development methodologies
- Track record of being part of delivering value using Project Management methodologies
- Track record of communicating and influencing the customers and stakeholders
- Track record of understanding company’s business and be able to tie back IT services to business needs
- Leadership skills to independently take initiative and to innovate as part of a team
- Agility in reaching milestones and goals including knowledge of and practices in agile methods of delivery
- Ability to travel as required
