**Job Title**:Facilities Maintenance Specialist (Technician)

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full Time

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Reports To**:Facilities Manager

**Role Purpose**: Perform repairs and maintenance works in Cove's units.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and assessing of maintenance and repair works.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance works (Electrical, plumbing, door locks, etc.)
- Oversee major maintenance of repair works and works that cannot be handled in-house
- Ensure the proper maintenance of fittings, fixtures and equipment provided in the Coves
- Maintain general condition of storeroom/warehousing and ownership of inventory
- Any other work related to facilities management

**Deliverables**:

- Ensure all our properties are in great liveable condition by promptly responding to any assigned maintenance issues and ensuring that they are addressed properly

**Experience and Qualifications**:
Essential
- Technical skills in electrical works, plumbing, fixing appliances, fixing furniture etc.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (Mandarin or Malay is a bonus)
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Project management skills

Preferred/Bonus
- Experience in Air-conditioning maintenance and repairs
- Class 3 Licence, have personal transport is a bonus
