**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the development team to design and develop scalable and efficient server-side solutions.
- Write clean, well-designed code using best practices and ensure its robustness and performance.
- Develop and maintain APIs and web services to support frontend functionality and enable smooth data flow between the client and server.
- Collaborate with the frontend development team to ensure seamless integration and efficient communication between the frontend and backend systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of backend components to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for improving backend development processes and tools.
- Work closely with relevant functional managers, developers, and scrum master to ensure the implementation and delivery of initiatives aligned to the digital roadmap.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 7 years' experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and consuming APIs.
- Familiarity with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, and ability to write efficient queries and optimize database performance.
- Experience in CI and CD deployment
- Knowledgeable in software development methodologies such as Agile and SDLC, as well as digital development platforms, tools and deployment technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in backend development.
