**Purpose of Role**:
This is a 2-year fixed term assignment.

Reporting to the [ASIA] Senior Regional Project Coordinator, this role will support the ASIA supply chain projects across Asia countries. This role will also support regional warehouse and distribution center projects, distributor network and contract improvement projects. It will assist the Asia Supply Chain PMO team to drive the strategic roadmap and projects to meet the department’s development and operational goals. It will support the PMO team to develop SOPs & best practices, template and standards for project governance across our regional supply chain organization

**Job Description**:

- The Regional Project Coordinator’s main duties include project planning, performance tracking, budget planning and tracking, project task coordination, facilitate project meeting and communication, project documentation and projects and PMO KPI reporting.

**General PMO (Project Management Office) to all SCM projects across Asia**:

- Provide support to Manager and Senior Project coordinator in executing assigned projects
- Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time
- Monitor project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations
- Coordinate project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks
- Develop project reports for management review and decision
- Analyze and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with management in developing project scope, plan, deliverables, budget and milestones

**The RDC - ACE Project**
- Follow up with all project team members and frequency review on project related timelines to ensure workstream related tasks are completed on time and key milestones are met
- Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for all processes under the RDC Operations and systems

**Project Management Asia**
- Participate in collaborative projects with other cross-functional colleagues to remove barriers and advance operational excellence
- Establish performance measures and tracking and reporting to senior management - service levels, sales, profit, and product margins
- Establish project schedules and coordinate all activities associated with new product development and product change from inception through project completion
- Contribute to the Global ERP system design and be responsible on the implementation of S/4 Hana in Asia countries

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations Management or related field of study
- 3+ years of integrated project management experience; leading projects of varied scale and complexity
- 3+ years of working experience within a distribution/warehouse environment
- Vendor management experience is preferred
- Analytical expertise along with experience leveraging data to inform and support critical decisions
- Comfort in navigating difficult conversations with cross-functional teams
- Good interpersonal & communication skills include cross-functional relationship building
- Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint presentation, statistical analysis skill
- Understanding of project management methodology
- CAPM/PMP/PMI-SP/CSSGB or similar Professional certification will be advantage
