The Transaction Svs Rep 4 is an entry level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to the team, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to support cheque clearing process for all business group. **Responsibilities**: - Provide support for Treasury and Trade services, Lockbox, Cheque clearing, etc. - FCY Check/Bill Collection Processing - Crediting Customer account local and FCY check - Preparation of return check letter - Check Clearing Processing - Report verification - COB testing - Internal and External Testing - VTM patches to be test in UAT and PRD environment for desktop and server(weekend) - MIS Tracking/Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) - Customer waiver and individual maintenance - Provide support within established trade capture and settlement systems and procedures, under general supervision - Conduct pre-settlement tasks, including analyses and report preparation, and resolve escalated issues that require research - Interpret data and utilize data analysis tools to identify process improvements - Minimize risk by understanding and monitoring errors and suggesting solutions, and ensuring adherence to audit and control policies - Identify policy gaps and make recommendations to support the streamlining of related work processes - Escalate all requests / inquiries / issues / errors in a timely manner **Qualifications**: - 1-3 years of experience in a related role - Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills **Education**: - High School diploma or equivalent - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Transaction Capture Services - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
