Our client is an IT provider looking for a logistics admin to join their dynamic team:
- Perform logistic support for inbound and outbound of inventory.
- Managing and tally incoming stock according with relevant documents.
- Data processing of incoming stock into system accurately.
- Generate DO and correspond with the payment received mode accordingly.
- Handling on virtual goods (i.e. software license) delivery.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth logistic flow.
- Procurement Team: Handling stock discrepancies and resolve issue efficiently. Alignment of product warranty.
- Finance Team: Correspond with each other on required documents.
- Sales Team: Stock movement and stock usage.
- Arrangement of order fulfilment schedule for in-house drivers.
- Generate and maintain logistic-related reports in an orderly manner.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned such as filing.
**Requirements**:
- Cheerful personality with good learning attitude. Self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges.
- Meticulous and attention to details.
- Ability to multi-tasking, can perform in fast-paced work environment.
- Co-ordinate with other departments in regards with the stock movement/ transfer/ return & delivery matters.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6.30pm
- Office: East Singapore, Kaki Bukit
