**Job Overview**

We are looking for an intern that is able to commit a minimum of 4-6 months, preferably starting in September, for a minimum of 4 days.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute Spot audit of product test report and cross verification vis-a-vis our testing protocol for accuracy
- Be part of a new Regulatory Compliance system data entry trials, then draft a guide & auditing the overseas team works
- Monthly USA (CPSC) regulatory product recall review for preventive actions:

- Help drive WSI QA team similar product risk assessmentExecute FMEA study on high-risk products

**Learning Scope**
- You will learn and view a wide array of product types, compliance needs, learn test reports drafting and auditing
- You will hone your skills in reporting and summarizing data in a corporate engineering setting.
- You will be part of the new protocol development process for new products.
- You will see how product testing works through a GIC testing lab visit (in SG).
- You would be involved in a global team of a MNC to understand the dynamics of a global company.
- Exposure to supply chains of global retailer (furniture, kitchen and home products).
- Exposure to retail product development & sourcing processes.
- Global exposure to an international business.
- Understand QA & engineering roles to support the business.
- Project management/time management.
- Opportunity for inter-team presentations (speech & presentation skills).Inter-team & cross-department cooperation (soft skills).

**Qualifications & Job Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (formulae & functions).
- Able to design charts and graphs in Excel.
- Knowledge of Excel VBA and Power BI would be advantageous.
- Knowledge in a data-oriented Programming Language (e.g Python, R) would be strongly preferred
- CAD - Solidworks | 2D Drafting & 3D Modelling (FEA background would be advantageous).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Meticulous with very good attention to detail.
- Organized and able to maintain data files in an organized manner.
