**About The Role
- What the role involves:

- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring,and control for digital product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets including UI/UX Design, Technical Developers, QA, Dev-Ops, etc
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Manage and motivate project teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget
- Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders and communicate project status, progress, and issues effectively
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and align the product with company strategy and goals
- Ensure digital products meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Coach the team in Agile Scrum values and principles
- Facilitate backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, iteration and sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives & release planning
- Manage & actively resolve impediments in a timely manner across the entire development team
- Identify team dependencies and actively plan to ensure they don’t negatively impact the performance of the development team
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis on problem solving
- Track and ruthlessly manage scrum metrics to pro-actively course correct, capacity plan and ensure highest value items are delivered first
- Manage conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep development, velocity & value delivered per Sprint at high levels
- Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
- Support the education of Scrum practices across the organization and into other teams that can benefit from Scrum
- Understand and embed DevOps practices Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning or dictating work.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in delivering successful digital products using agile scrum delivery methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication,and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with innovation teams and developing innovative solutions to complex problems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with project management software such as Gitlab
