Sourcing Partner - Sales

**About the team**

**What you will be doing**
- Seek to understand hiring requirements and deeper context behind them, building on your natural curiosity and ability to build relationships with hiring teams
- Support the development of talent acquisition and DE&I strategies
- Identify outreach, networking and community building opportunities help identify and engage in advance of open seats
- Create, lead and develop industry talent maps across sales
- Work with hiring teams to define role scope and sourcing approach, agreeing timelines and desired outcomes
- Generate leads and provide market insights using recruitment tools and platforms while continually building your individual network
- Being data driven - keeping track of response and conversion rates and using this data to iterate and optimise your sourcing strategies

**What you bring**:

- Experience sourcing and recruiting in Sales
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, providing sourcing expertise to help guide their recruitment planning
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as boolean, x-ray search, custom search engines, social media channels and other resources

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Workday Recruiting experience, Phenom People or similar recruiting CRM experience
- FinTech industry knowledge
- Sales recruiting experience
