**Responsibilities**:
**Technical Leadership**:

- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define the technical roadmap and vision for the CRM platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software development, CRM systems, and relevant technologies.

**Team Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering team, including task assignment, prioritization, and progress tracking.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills enhancement.

**Software Development**:

- Drive the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and industry standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical problemsolving.
- Contribute to hands-on coding and troubleshooting as necessary, particularly in critical or complex projects.

**Technology Stack Expertise**:

- Possess deep knowledge and hands-on experience with frontend and backend technologies such as React, React Native, Python, Flask, and Node.js.
- Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools that can enhance our software development process.

**Infrastructure Setup and Management**:

- Understand cloud computing concepts and have experience working with popular
- Cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient deployment, scalability, and security of the CRM platform.
- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure setup, automation, monitoring, and performance optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3-4+ years) a.
- Strong expertise in frontend and backend technologies, including React, React Native, Python, Flask, and Node.js.
- Experience in designing and developing SaaS products or CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure setup and management using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide technical team members, fostering their growth and success.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality software products on time.

**Salary**: From $6,500.00 per month
