SENIOR CASE MANAGEMENT OFFICER
(ENFORCEMENT & CIVIL MATTERS)/BAILIFF
The Legal Directorate is responsible for the management and disposal of cases which includes the processing, storing and retrieval of court documents, as well as fixing hearings for matters commencing in the Supreme Court.

**What you will be working on**
- The officer is expected to:

- Manage cases filed in the Supreme Court through analysing, reviewing, monitoring and processing documents in accordance with the applicable rules, practice directions, standard operating procedures and policies;
- Draft and/or prepare case summaries, reports, notices or general correspondence and liaise with lawyers, litigants-in-person or other external agencies to facilitate the efficient disposal of cases;
- Perform field operations related to enforcement matters;
- Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date case information and statistics on caseload and disposal;
- Review and streamline existing operational processes to improve quality and productivity;
- Participate as a team member and be involved in projects which affect the operations of the Legal Directorate; and
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisors.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements:

- Preferably 2 - 3 years working experience in Enforcement or Investigation work
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Well organised and meticulous with commitment to deliver high quality work
- Pro-active and be able to work independently as well as in a team
