**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Have end to end ownership of team producing daily P&L packs and Balance sheet exception controls reports.
- Review of P&L production processes, P&L analysis and commentaries.
- Resolve any issues that arise from day to day and monthly processes.
- Provide insight and analysis to help evaluate the performance of the desk to help drive and prepare commercial and business focused commentaries.
- Develop and drive a change agenda in order to drive efficiencies within an evolving market environment.
- Represent the Product Control agenda in various change initiatives.

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- A degree in Accounting or Finance. Masters degree in Finance or CFA holder is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of Global Markets / Financial Markets business, major products, accounting treatment and valuation techniques.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in product control.
