About the Team
The Network DevOps Team is company’s global IT campus network maintenance team, which is mainly responsible for enterprise network Level 3 technical support, including complex problem handling, network strategy formulation, maintenance optimization and change deployment. At the same time, the team is responsible for the development of network automation operation and maintenance. The team is committed to providing the best corporate network services to support the business of various departments and teams of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Level 3 team, responsible for technical support related to the basic network, dealing with all types of upgrades and difficult problems, as well as the network's long-term evolution and optimization.
- Assist in the design and development of a network operation and maintenance system.
- To create and implement overall solutions for the current situation and needs of network operation and maintenance systems.
- Reducing repetitive labor with software engineering and improving the team's automation and platform capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree or higher, computer-related majors, and experience in large campus operations and NetDevOps are preferred.
- Familiar with mainstream vendor network equipment, routing and switching protocol principles, SDN/SD-WAN related technologies, WLAN operating principles, solid network foundation.
- Master Python language development, including knowledge of basic data types, functions, common modules, and network equipment API. have good coding specifications; understand the pain points associated with data center and campus network operation and maintenance; and have hands-on experience in network-related project development and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with the Linux operating system, TCP/IP network protocol stack, and basic principles.
- Acquainted with open source network tools such as Ansible/ELK/Zabbix/Prometheus.
- Familiar with basic data structures and fundamentals, common data serialization methods such as JSON/XML/protobuf; skilled in using pandas, numpy, re,Textfsm, ntc-templates and other python packages for network configuration and data processing; familiar with python web frameworks such as django/flask/fastapi.
- Have data thinking, interface thinking, and framework thinking.
- Possess a keen sense of technology, maintain enthusiasm and curiosity about various new technologies emerging in the industry, possess a strong sense of work responsibility, and possess good teamwork skills.
