Regional Supply Planner

ChampionX has an immediate need for a **Regional Supply Planner** **located in **Singapore**. This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.

**What You Will Do**:

- Manage inventory and achieve required inventory levels at the defined inventory component level across network stocking locations to meet customer service levels. Address inventory imbalances and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and address supply variability issues and support demand planning in forecast accuracy improvement process to improve overall plan feasibility and reliability.
- Governance key planning master data and supply chain parameters in planning/ERP systems and ensure it is in line with Global guideline
- Work closely with local supply chain to resolve supply issues and escalate on the necessary issues to a regional level. This may involve participation in specific war room activities
- Working with the supply network strategy and processes in line with global plans to meet regional business needs.
- Implement, establish best practices and improving rules and guidelines for planning and inventory management across Asia Pacific
- Responsible for Inventory management reporting

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Chemistry, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Understand business processes and full supply chain, able to turn business knowledge into forecast assumptions.
- Prior experience with a forecasting tool and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (Especially Good command of English). Effectively communicate up, down and across organization. Comfortable to work with people.
- Strong leadership and work ethics. Pay high attention to detail and disciplined work style.
- Analytical ability to effectively identify and resolve problems independently
- Team player and able to multi tasks and with good time management
