**About the job**:

- Our partner company is recruiting an Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support their Operations Control team, based in Bratislava. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations Control and working with the Operations Control team and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting Operations Control and Regulatory Reporting process, and therefore requires a collaborative team orientated approach, as well as an understanding of the operations of an insurance company and their relationships with regulators.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the Operations Control team in Regulatory Reporting requirements in ELTO, TRIA, ATIA as well as other regulatory reporting returns.
- Monitor data quality queries and engage with the outsource team to rectify regulatory reporting data gaps.
- Engage with key stakeholders in Finance, Operations and outsourced partners to drive forward the regulatory reporting capability and process.
- Work with the Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to identify key system and process changes required to ensure integrity, quality and completeness of data inputs to report production.
- Documentation of governance and processes to support delivering the operational capabilities for ELTO, ATIA, TRIA and other returns.
- Work with the Regulatory Reporting BA to ensure data definitions and reports are kept up to date with changes in regulation.
- Liaise with business and business process outsource stakeholders to formulate data related change approach and support their implementation.
- Ensure all stakeholders have the knowledge required to maximise system benefits, though a mixture of internal communication, training or guidance documentation.
- Support project estimation and delivery planning and provide concise inputs to progress updates, risks and issues to project manager, stakeholders and steering.

**Essential**
- Regulatory Reporting knowledge gained from previous experience in a similar role
- Some experience in Insurance/Reinsurance market or in Financial Sector
- Strong experience in communicating data requirements to technical teams and technical features and designs to business stakeholders.
- Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment and be agile in their approach to agile delivery.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Being a team player - willing to step in to help across the wider team for the benefit of the customer and/or business.
- Confident communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels and to navigate a changing and growing organisational environment.
- Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Self-motivated and innovative - able to work on own with mínimal supervision.

**Desirable**
- Regulatory Reporting Data and Production requirements, processes and varying demands of Regulators for timely and accurate reporting.
