**Fong’s Engineering & Manufacturing Private Limited **is a leading precision engineering company engaged in the design, manufacture and repair of products primarily for the medical industry.
- Handle sales activities/quotations for assigned account.
- Manage customer account status & credit control for assigned account.
- Achieve assigned sales target and consistently follow up for purchase order after quotation is submitted to customer.
- Maintain & service customer satisfaction as per SOP0040.
- Work with cross functional departments for customer request / new RFQ.
- Perform order fulfilment as per SOP0039.
- Perform consolidation of pricing & forecasting.
- Participate in weekly customer conference call related to sales and deliverables.
- Able to work in different time zone for customers weekly conference calls.
- Familiar to work with multi-level Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Collaborating with design, production, supply chain, engineering or R&D departments of the company to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the needs of the customer.
- Selling on technologically and scientifically company core capabilities to convert to product sales.
- Coordinate and attend to all customers visit.
- Assisting Sales and Marketing HOD for new development activity and trade show.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent.
- Diploma in Business or its equivalent can be considered.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

**1. Technical and technological skills**:

- Knowledge in Navision system platform.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic MS Office proficiency.
- Provide quality customer service that meets customer needs and expectations.
- Able to accomplish sales-related reports and presentations.

**2. Personal qualifies (soft skills)**:

- Customer-focused and results driven.
- Able to work independently or with the team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in building and maintaining both internal and external relationships.
- Open to explore and decipher new things for professional growth.
