We are looking for a Java Data Backend developer to act as the continuous and relentless provider for risk-related business data and services (120k QPS).

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for docking risk business and supporting the data construction of risk business.
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the risk data mart, ensuring the reuse of thematic data across various risk domains.
- Govern various data assets, including tasks, tables, metrics, labels, dashboards, etc. Develop and implement governance specifications and SOPs, leading governance projects to achieve desired results.

**Qualifications**:

- Over 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills and competent project management abilities.
- Proficient in big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Hive), with hands-on experience in Spark task optimization.
- Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.) and substantial utilization experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and determine work priorities.
- Familiarity with risk businesses is preferred.
