Executive / Snr Executive, Performance Reporting

**What the role is**

MHA Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) serves to increase efficiency and improve stakeholder experience in the provision of financial services of the Ministry. Key stakeholders include MHA’s Home Team Departments (HTDs).
You will be part of the Service Management team that upholds standards of the FSSC by undertaking comprehensive service performance reporting and implementing service improvements in related areas.
**What you will be working on**
- Key Responsibilities
1. Actively track and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Whole of Government (WOG) Finance Scorecard and FSSC processes, which include data collection, data analysis, delivering timely performance updates and elevating process recommendations to Management and HTDs through regular performance reports and meetings.
2. Work closely with FSSC operations’ team leads and other stakeholders to drive root cause analysis for missed performance targets and take corrective actions to address service gap, identify (potential) bottlenecks and contribute to operational improvement opportunities (e.g., review performance metrices and reporting, highlight best practices etc.)
3. Ensure KPIs and related processes are aligned to WOG standards and best practices.
**What we are looking for**
- Requirements
a) Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance-related, Business or Analytics fields is preferred.
- Competent in performance reporting, data analysis and/or analytics.
- Prior experience in managing scorecards and performance reviews will be an advantage.
- Familiar with government financial procedures will be an advantage.
- Competent in Microsoft Office products (e.g., MS excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau will be an advantage.
