**What the role is**
- MND’s Leadership Planning team in MND Human Resource Section manages the pipeline of talents in MND and our Statutory Boards.

**What you will be working on**
- You will plan for and develop these talents to take up key leadership positions. In doing so, you will be handling the following:
a) Understand and anticipate manpower requirements of leadership positions, and review deployment plans regularly
b) Undertake engagement sessions with Senior Management across the MND family agencies to facilitate succession planning
c) Partner with various stakeholders to implement talent development initiatives such as Talent Competency and Posting Frameworks
d) Work with counterparts in our Statutory Boards for their Board renewals in a timely manner
e) Review nominations for National-level awards and events, and be part of a team to organise such events.

**What we are looking for**
- Job requirements:
1. Relevant experience would be advantageous
2. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
3. Excellent writing skills
4. Ability to manage time well and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
