**Role**
- Experience in Piping Design engineering, Piping layouts, Stress Analysis and package engineering.
- Piping design engineering involving project development, interdisciplinary co-ordination.
- Development of piping GA, fixing of vessel nozzle orientation, routing of piping for Pumps, Pipe rack, Heat Exchanger, Compressors, Columns, Tower, Furnaces, Air Cooler, Tank farms, Flare, Closed & Open drain, Underground and other utility areas. Pipe thickness calculation, Pipe Span calculation, Pipe Support design. Model review, Material Handling, resolving technical queries, project reporting.
- Preparation of material specification, piping detail standards, pipe support standard, piping fabrication and installation specification, datasheets. RFQ, RFP, TBE for various piping items.
- Piping design engineering involving pipe stress analysis using Caesar II, preparation of stress specification and pipe support design.
- Stress analysis for onshore and offshore projects; Stress analysis due to sag-hog, accelerations, earthquake, transportation, rack-sway, pipe-support settlement, fatigue, PSV/ Bursting disc pop up force, surge, etc.
- Field engineering as a site supervision engineer for tracking pipe spool and pipe support fabrication and installation activities as per piping isometric drawings and support drawings.
- Resolving site related issues related to clashes, design discrepancies, material shortages, progress monitoring, test packs, reinstatements, punch listing, preparation of handover packages, project monitoring and reporting, flange management, etc.

**Requirement**
- Tertiary Education in Engineering or equivalent professional certifications
- 6 years of experience in similar role
- Experience in Oil and gas, offshore platforms, FPSO, LNG, Refineries, Petrochemical, etc.
- Conversant with MODEC, YINSON,SBM, Shell DEP, Total,, Equinor TR, TR2000, etc standards.
- Familiar with ANSI, API, BS, NEMA, ABS, NORSOK, Shell DEP’s, PED/ UKCS requirements, etc.
