**Responsibilities**
- Be a Brand ambassador and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image
- Establish long term relationship with customer base through offering impeccable customer care and providing them with a memorable shopping experience while achieving sales target
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable to build rapport with customers on site and off site.
- Provide feedback on customer complaints to the Retail Operations Manager, if any.
- Discuss problems encountered with Store Manager and/or Retail Operation Manger
- Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner
- Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
- Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures

**Requirements**:

- Motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve
- Possess good communication skills and be sales driven
- Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
- Must be able to work retail hours, public holidays and weekends)
- GCE ‘O’ level and above
- Ability to converse in English and additional language would be an advantage
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required
- Prior experience in luxury ready to wear and shoes environment is an advantage
