**Job Descriptions**
- Service / Maintenance of motor vehicles ( Petrol & Diesel ) including engine checks, chassis checks, battery checks and identify mechanical defects or faults and replace defective or worn parts.
- Overhaul and test major compnents such as engines, transmission systems and electrical systems.
- Fundamental electrical knowledge to troubleshoot electrical systems and usuage of Engine Diagnostic Equipment to troubleshoot “Check Engine Light’ to identify electrical faults, perform repairs and replace defective parts.
- Experienced in electrical wirings to install accessories like reverse camera, driving video recorder, alarm security system and audio system.
- Experienced in air-conditioning systems maintenances and repairs.
- Ability to operate Tyre Changer Equipment to mount/dismount tyres on wheel rims.
- Provide roadside assistance to troubleshoot, identify and rectify faults on spot.
- Able to attend to customer’s enquiries, feedbacks, concerns and requests on vehicle related issues.
- Ensure compliance to health and safety polices and procedures in the course of work inside workshop area at times.
- Maintain the cleaniness and neatness of the workshop area thru good housekeeping.
- Perform assigned ad-hoc duties.
- Observe good personal hygiene and obey safe distancing measures at all times.

**Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred.
- At least Nitec in Automotive Technology.
- Possess Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
- Good working attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Team player with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning and during the course of work.
- **Problem Solving Skills **:Using troubleshooting skills to determine faults and ability to identify solutions to solve are the esstiental key aspect of this job.
- **Technical Skills**: Motor vehicle mechanics must be able to use diagnostic equipment to identify problems within the vehicle and must be familiar with the electronics and electrical functions to perform repairs and replace defective parts to solve the problems.
- **Mechanical Knowledge **:Motor vehicle mechanics must upgrade theirselves to be up-to-date with the current motor vehicles technologies and systems, as well as to understand the complex motor components functions and their interaction relationships with one another.
