**About the project**

**Arcaden** is a utility arcade backed by Salad Ventures that aims to be the ‘final destination for GameFi tokens’ by means of providing a growing library of entertaining and nostalgic hyper-casual games.

Players can deposit GameFi tokens they already own that have little to no utility for credits to compete for tickets allowing them to win attractive prizes on every try.

**Job Brief**

We are looking for a **BD & Marketing Executive** to support the Apollo Academy team in forming valuable relationships with existing and potential stakeholders.

The main purpose of this role is to source for potential partners, sponsors and other parties who may contribute to the growth and success of the Academy and work with them via different business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and onboard new partners who can collaborate with the company.
- Manage outbound prospecting and outreach campaigns.
- Develop, manage and grow relationships with current partners to drive growth and/or revenue.
- Brainstorm and execute creative growth hacks to increase exposure and generate different partnership opportunities.
- Identify useful partnerships and/or collaborations with different prospective projects, which will be mutually beneficial with Salad’s ecosystem.
- Develop and execute lead generation pipelines and close new sales opportunities.
- Increase the success of partnerships by maintaining a proficient level of understanding of partner projects, anticipating their needs and proper account management.
- Review past partnerships to identify areas for improvement and determine effectiveness and success, as well as the viability of all partnerships.
- Attend events locally and abroad to widen the companies connections.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in BD, Partnerships and/or Sales.
- Demonstrable track record of finding creative solutions for tough, and oftentimes ambiguous problems.
- Excellent people skills.
- Effective communication skills with external stakeholders.
- Successful business development track record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language, bonus if well-versed in Mandarin as well.
- Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering on goals
- Able to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

**Bonus Points**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Experience in the Web3 space.

Our team is based in Singapore and would prefer someone who is also based here, or at least in the same timezone (GMT+8).
