About Team:
The Physical Security department is part of Enterprise services which is dedicated to the overall corporate service of the company's personnel and additionally running programs/projects to improve Bytedancer's working efficiency. The Physical Security team establishes and continuously improves the policies, procedures & standards, infrastructure, etc., to support the company's business operations worldwide. It has been making efforts to research and develop its service expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Become an experienced and trusted partner by enhancing cross-functional synergy, facilitating collaboration, and addressing weakness proactively;
- Lead strategic initiatives through strategic decision-making, program management, in-depth research, and execution in cross-function context to ensure program deliverables;
- Full life-cycle management of special programs from different business teams by interpreting business requests accurately and, pushing relevant internal stakeholders to reach consensus in a timely manner;
- Identify areas of concern and inefficiencies in collaboration and set up processes to improve workflow.
- Connect dots, think globally, and coordinate across regions and teams and be able to identify significant risks and/or collaboration opportunities, assign the right people at the right time;

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in International Relations, law and Management fields;
- 3 years of working experience in a major multinational company or an internet company is preferred;
- Past working experience on various global programs is preferred;
- Structural thinking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of problem-solving, especially when facing ambiguity and complexity;
- Strong interest in program management in a multi-regional and multi-cultural context;
- Outstanding documentation and communication skills;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Occasional travel is required.
